Lynton Heath
Founder, creative and strategic director
Lynton is the founder of We Are One. As a senior content designer, strategist and writer, he has successfully delivered digital projects for prestigious clients, including National Grid, Bupa, Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI), City & Guilds, Marie Curie, and the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
His background is in advertising, where he worked as an award-winning creative director and copywriter at five top ten global agency networks. Accolades include statues and finalists at Cannes Lions, The One Show and the Clio Awards.

Jez Goode
Senior graphic designer, art director and illustrator
Jez has more than 25 years’ experience in design, branding and illustration. He has worked as a creative director and designer in the UK and internationally, helping organisations develop strong brands and engaging visual communications.
Jez combines strategic thinking with exceptional creative talent. He is also the creator of the award-winning Xmatrix puzzle brand, which received international recognition for its innovative design.
Steph Norman
Senior graphic designer and instructional/elearning designer
Steph is a highly experienced graphic designer with expertise in website design, digital presentations and corporate identities. She’s also a qualified teacher and has a diploma in Instructional Design with experience in creating simulated online courses.
Her previous design career spanning over two decades saw her working on global and national brands including Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Lidl and the Merchant Navy.
